Job Summary

Owning the strategy and operations of global recruiting, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will lead a multi-layered team to develop scalable hiring models, manage workforce planning, and drive employer branding initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Talent Acquisition vision and strategy, translating business goals into a scalable hiring model
• Lead and develop a global team of TA managers and recruiters, ensuring timely hiring outcomes and strategic talent advisory
• Act as the primary strategic partner to Finance for global workforce planning and budget allocation

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience on a global scale
• 7+ years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role with experience in multi-layered teams across regions
• Deep fluency in sourcing techniques and technical talent recruiting
• Proven experience negotiating and managing staffing vendor contracts
• Background in global workforce planning and headcount forecasting within a SaaS company
