Job Summary

Leading a team of learning professionals, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will manage enterprise compliance training, advisor credentialing strategies, and drive the adoption of Talent Acquisition initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations learning teams, ensuring effective management and delivery of learning experiences
• Identify and address learning and performance support needs across operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Establish key performance metrics and share progress with stakeholders to inform employee development investments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible work experience, including 5-7 years in business or learning roles
• Proven strategic thinking abilities with experience in leading change in a matrixed organization
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated accountability for high-quality, timely results and effective execution
