Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in talent development or organizational development, with 5+ years in managerial roles
• Proven track record in designing and implementing performance management and leadership development programs
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent initiatives to business outcomes
• Experience with learning management systems and adult learning theory
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence at all organizational levels
