Job Summary

To shape enterprise-level talent development, the full-time remote Senior Director of Talent Development will define strategic frameworks, lead upskilling initiatives related to technology and AI, and build programs for the US corporate population while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise framework for talent development, aligning with business priorities
• Establish and lead talent development programs for the US corporate population, focusing on onboarding and professional development
• Lead upskilling efforts to enhance workforce capability in line with technology adoption and evolving work processes

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in leading talent development within a large, complex organization
• Proven track record in setting strategy and building impactful talent development programs
• Experience in workforce transformation, particularly related to technology or AI
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms, such as Workday Learning
• Strong influencing skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across functions
