Job Summary

To shape enterprise-level talent development, the full-time remote Senior Director of Talent Development will define strategic frameworks, lead upskilling initiatives related to technology and AI, and build programs for the US corporate population while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in leading talent development within a large, complex organization
  • Proven track record in setting strategy and building impactful talent development programs
  • Experience in workforce transformation, particularly related to technology or AI
  • Familiarity with learning technology platforms, such as Workday Learning
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across functions
