• 10-15 years of experience in talent management or organizational development in a global environment
• Experience leading enterprise-wide talent processes and managing diverse global teams
• Expertise in competency frameworks and talent assessment methodologies
• Solid knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with global HR processes
