Required Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant business and HR experience, with 4 years in a supervisory role
• Proven strategic leadership experience in aligning people strategies with organizational goals
• Experience in driving transformational change and implementing scalable people systems
• Demonstrated success in core HR domains, including talent acquisition and employee relations
• Commitment to advancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI)
