Job Summary
Driving the enterprise-wide strategy for talent management and leadership development, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Management will oversee talent processes, implement impactful development programs, and leverage AI and technology to enhance employee experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and execute the Talent Roadmap, ensuring effective performance management and succession planning
- Design and deliver leadership development initiatives and maintain the Leader Competency Framework
- Own the talent technology and AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to enhance talent processes through automation and data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise talent management or learning and development strategies
- Master's degree or higher in business, psychology, or a related field
- Deep understanding of Industrial-Organizational psychology principles and data-validated evaluation methodologies
- Proven success in designing talent and leadership development frameworks
- Experience with talent technologies and AI-enabled solutions to improve employee experiences
