Senior Director of Tax Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Bookkeeping & Tax Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Bookkeeping, Tax, and Tax Advising Managers to ensure operational execution
• Ensure alignment with standardized workflows and quality expectations across regions
• Drive continuous improvement through workflow redesign and process standardization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 10 years of total experience with 7+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to improve performance, quality, and operational scalability
• Experience managing hybrid US/offshore operations preferred
• Prior leadership in bookkeeping, accounting, tax advisory, or financial consulting
