Senior Director of Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee SEC reporting and manage the reporting process for Form 10-Q and 10-K
• Lead the technical accounting team in resolving complex accounting issues and provide guidance to cross-functional partners
• Manage relationships with external auditors and support M&A due diligence and integration

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with increasing responsibility, including people management
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Expertise in technical accounting issues
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalent required
• Experience with M&A due diligence and purchase accounting preferred
