Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Technical Solutions to develop and execute divisional strategy and operating plans
• Establish and manage KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and operational dashboards across the Technical Solutions division
• Lead and mentor a team of operational and technical program management professionals while fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical operations, IT management, or business operations in a B2B SaaS or cloud technology environment
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L or budget ownership responsibility
• Proven experience in designing and managing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards
• Strong financial acumen in budget planning and variance analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in high-growth organizations
