Senior Director of Technical Operations

Job Summary

To support strategic growth across the NASA, NOAA, and Space Defense portfolio, the remote Senior Director of Technical Operations will manage operational excellence, drive business operations metrics, and support proposal development while collaborating with program and business development leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve operational processes and governance practices to enhance program execution
• Monitor operational metrics, track program execution, and prepare reports for division leadership
• Coordinate transition planning for new contracts and ensure successful program execution through cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 15 years of experience with NASA, NOAA, Department of Defense, or federal aerospace organizations
• Experience managing operations for complex government programs and supporting business growth
• Knowledge of NASA program management processes and federal contracting
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
