Senior Director of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

Leading a complex, cross-organizational initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Technical Program Management will drive the evolution of an AI-driven engineering environment, focusing on system-wide experimentation and operational visibility in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities:

• Orchestrate the strategy and execution of programs that transform data into a proactive AI intelligence layer
• Build and lead a team of technical program managers to deliver real-time, intelligent customer experiences
• Engage with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field
• At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
• 9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems using cloud computing services, preferably AWS
• 5+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams
