Senior Director of Technical Programs

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional programs to drive critical business goals, the full-time Senior Director of Technical Programs will manage large-scale, technically complex initiatives while working remotely and leveraging technical expertise to influence strategic decisions and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and execution of large-scale technical programs aligned with business priorities
• Lead and develop a team of technical program managers to enhance customer and associate experiences
• Facilitate technology-focused discussions with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
• Experience in designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing, preferably AWS
• 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies
