Senior Director of Technical Services
Job Summary
To unify and scale the technical backbone of its Professional Services organization, the full-time Senior Director of Technical Services will manage three interdependent workstreams Advisory, Delivery, and Support ensuring consistent technical excellence and operational standards across teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the quality and consistency of design artifacts across engagements in the Advisory workstream
- Manage engineering resource allocation and enforce standards for project delivery in the Delivery workstream
- Oversee support SLAs and develop a mentoring program for clients and partners in the Support workstream
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, professional services, or engineering leadership within enterprise or industrial software
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical functions concurrently, including solution architecture and engineering delivery
- Experience managing distributed, international teams, particularly in US and European contexts
- Proven track record of building or scaling a technical delivery function during growth phases
- Familiarity with MES, MOM, or industrial automation platforms, preferably TrakSYS or similar
