Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Technology & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate team and employee needs into effective People technology strategies and requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver impactful workforce analytics and predictive insights
• Automate manual processes to enhance organizational productivity and streamline workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology, operations, and/or analytics roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Deep familiarity with Workday and People systems strategy
• Proven ability to interpret People data and turn analyses into actionable recommendations
• Experience in designing and managing consistent, automatable People processes
