Senior Director of Technology

Job Summary

Leading the MedTech EP-CNV Supply Chain Technology initiatives, the fully remote Senior Director of Technology will define the technology vision and strategy, manage operations and budgets, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance supply chain processes and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Co-create and execute the global technology strategy for EP-CNV Supply Chain in alignment with MedTech business goals
• Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across supply chain processes while leveraging data analytics for actionable insights
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture and driving product management and delivery for technology solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years in technology leadership with experience in engineering, data operations, or product teams; 8+ years in people leadership
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems and experience with supply chain business processes
• Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance
• Fluency with cloud technologies, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI implementations
