• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, including IT, architecture, product, and operations
• 5+ years of experience leading leaders across multiple functions
• Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives with significant business impact
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
