Senior Director of Technology

Job Summary

To shape technology strategy and drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Senior Director of Technology will lead multi-functional teams, develop innovative service offerings, and influence company direction while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year technology strategy aligned with growth and customer outcomes
• Own and evolve the service catalog, partnering with Sales and Marketing to bring solutions to market
• Provide senior oversight for the cybersecurity program and communicate risk posture to executives and clients

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology, including IT, architecture, and operations
• Experience in managed service provider (MSP) or recurring revenue service environments
• 5+ years leading leaders across multiple functions
• Proven track record in delivering complex initiatives with significant business impact
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
