Senior Director of Technology

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operations of enterprise data and analytics capabilities, the full-time Senior Director of Technology will manage DevOps teams, oversee data architecture, and ensure alignment with the company's technology strategy in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing DevOps teams for data engineering and analytics operations
• Design and implement scalable data architecture and establish best practices for data quality and governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with strategic business priorities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles focused on data engineering and analytics
• 3+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in a cloud-native environment
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare organization strongly preferred
• Proven experience defining and executing enterprise data strategy and architecture
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field is required
