Senior Director of Technology Alliances

Job Summary

To build and scale the ISV/Technology partner business globally, the full-time Senior Director of Technology Alliances will manage strategy, ecosystem development, and revenue generation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the global ISV/Tech partnership strategy aligned with product roadmap and revenue goals
• Source, negotiate, and close high-impact agreements while building executive relationships with strategic partners
• Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR through integrated marketing plays and joint value propositions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and leading ISV/technology partnerships in enterprise SaaS or fintech
• Deep understanding of the CFO tech stack, including ERPs, payments, and bank connectivity
• Strong commercial skills in structuring complex agreements and driving revenue through co-sell/co-market plays
• Product acumen to partner with PM/Engineering on integration scope and certification standards
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
