Key Responsibilities

• Own and integrate the enterprise technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
• Lead the development of integrated technology systems and oversee organizational IT and system needs
• Establish technology governance and ensure compliance with financial controls and data integrity

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems or technology-enabled operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Revenue, and Program teams
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and related enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of business processes and internal controls
