Senior Director of Technology Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the office of the Chief Product and Technology Officer, the remote Senior Director of Technology Operations will manage high-impact projects, develop strategic communications, and facilitate meetings to enhance team productivity and alignment within product and technology functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to high-priority projects within product and technology domains
• Develop and execute communications for diverse audiences, including internal teams and external stakeholders
• Plan and facilitate key meetings and events related to product and technology strategy

Required qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of product, technology, or related experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 6+ years with a Master's Degree
• Experience in creating compelling executive-level presentations and communications using data and storytelling
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in virtual team environments
• Strong background in project management, particularly with complex projects across multiple business units
• Ability to analyze complex data and utilize it for informed decision-making in technology and product strategy
