Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director for MGA Technology Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the MIS Service Delivery Unit, ensuring effective execution of strategy and high-quality technology services
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for MGA Technology Services, focusing on growth and business development
• Manage the sub-P&L, ensuring revenue and financial performance targets are achieved

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in P&C insurance, including workers' compensation
• 10-15+ years of experience leading a business unit with full P&L responsibility
• Significant client relationship management and/or sales experience
• Extensive expertise in Property & Casualty and Workers' Compensation insurance
