Senior Director of Technology Standards

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of enterprise standards and best practices, the full-time remote Senior Director of Technology Standards will oversee Lean and Agile delivery methodologies, mentor delivery teams, and collaborate with technology leadership to drive strategic transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach delivery teams in application development, security, and infrastructure across key standards and practices
• Define and implement roadmaps for standards and practices across IT functional areas
• Collaborate with technology leadership to support long-term strategic plans and departmental roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant systems experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Minimum 2 years of executive-level experience, such as Director or Officer
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing distributed software development or systems integration teams
• Program and project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
