Senior Director of Technology Strategy
Job Summary
To drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Technology Strategy will partner with the eCommerce and Digital Transformation leadership team, overseeing governance processes and managing executive communications in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the eCommerce and Digital Transformation domain in defining and delivering the enterprise digital and technology strategy
- Manage executive governance processes and ensure timely reporting on technology investments and digital transformation progress
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities across the leadership team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA required
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, or related leadership roles
- Strong track record in enterprise digital/technology transformation and governance
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear narratives
- Experience in program management, portfolio management, or chief of staff-style roles highly desirable
