Job Summary
Leading global Total Rewards and People Operations, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Total Rewards will design and implement strategic frameworks for compensation and benefits, drive international expansion, and modernize HR technology in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale global benefits, compensation, and people operations to ensure equitable and data-backed programs
- Utilize market and internal data to deliver actionable insights for compensation and benefits trends
- Execute executive compensation strategies while supporting the needs of the executive team and Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Total Rewards and People Operations within dynamic scaling companies
- Experience in both private equity-backed and public companies
- Deeply analytical mindset with a proven track record of building defensible rewards structures
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with finance, legal, and IT teams
