- Oversee annual compensation planning programs and partner with HR business partners on total rewards communications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits
- Deep knowledge of executive and non-executive compensation programs
- Previous management experience with mentoring and coaching responsibilities
- Experience in Life Sciences and international policy compliance preferred
