  • Oversee annual compensation planning programs and partner with HR business partners on total rewards communications


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits
  • Deep knowledge of executive and non-executive compensation programs
  • Previous management experience with mentoring and coaching responsibilities
  • Experience in Life Sciences and international policy compliance preferred
