Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave administration programs, the remote Senior Director of Total Rewards will partner with the VP, People to align total rewards with the company's people vision while driving operational excellence and ensuring competitive talent attraction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead compensation strategy, including market evaluations and program design
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and systems optimization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards leadership
  • Expertise in compensation strategy, benefits administration, and payroll operations
  • Strong understanding of compensation, payroll, and benefits regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Rippling
