Job Summary

To support a competitive employee-centered rewards experience, the full-time remote Senior Director of Total Rewards will manage compensation programs, benefits strategy, and occupational health functions while driving operational excellence and aligning total rewards with business priorities.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee the administration of comprehensive benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry best practices
  • Lead cross-functional projects and manage vendor relationships to optimize service quality and costs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic operations or benefits administration in a leadership role
  • Expertise in benefits and compensation program design and compliance
  • Experience managing Workers' Compensation claims and occupational health programs
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
