Job Summary
Leading the Total Rewards strategy, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Total Rewards will manage compensation, benefits, and people technology across the US and Mexico, focusing on designing programs that attract and retain talent while driving AI transformation within the People function.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the 3-year Total Rewards strategy, maintaining a competitive total compensation framework and translating philosophy into policy
- Oversee the design and management of benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and team satisfaction across a multi-country workforce
- Lead the multi-year P&C technology roadmap, actively deploying AI across people workflows and building a real-time people analytics capability
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards and People Technology, with a focus on compensation and HR systems
- Proven track record in designing and managing compensation and equity programs end to end, including executive compensation
- Deep experience with Workday, including configuration, data architecture, and integrations
- Experience managing multi-geography compensation and benefits, with a preference for knowledge of Mexican labor laws
- Demonstrated ability to present at executive leadership and board levels, with strong executive presence
