Key responsibilities

- Oversee the management of comprehensive global benefits programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with pay equity laws and optimize program effectiveness through data analysis
Required qualifications
- 10-12+ years of experience in total rewards, focusing on global equity structures and executive compensation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; Master's or professional certifications preferred
- Hands-on experience with modern compensation and HR systems
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders and managing global budgets
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in data modeling and financial analysis
