Senior Director of Total Rewards

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, salaried Senior Director of Total Rewards, HRIS, and Data, this remote position will shape the company's Total Rewards and HRIS strategy, build competitive compensation frameworks, and oversee benefits administration while leading a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Steno's Total Rewards and HRIS philosophy, ensuring programs are competitive and scalable
• Build and manage a comprehensive compensation framework that includes job architecture, pay bands, and equity plans
• Oversee the end-to-end benefits strategy and administration, ensuring compliance and meaningful offerings for employees

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in total rewards or a related HR discipline, with team leadership experience
• Proven track record of building or evolving compensation frameworks and benefits programs in high-growth environments
• Experience owning an HRIS roadmap and developing a people data infrastructure
• Strong understanding of regulatory and security landscapes governing compensation and benefits
• Familiarity with tools such as Rippling, Carta, Google Workspace, and Slack
