Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of TPM and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, manage, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers and Analysts
• Advise and partner with Engineering and Product Leaders to ensure efficient operations and goal achievement
• Implement standardized project management frameworks and track and report progress on product initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years experience in technical program management with 5+ years managing teams
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
• Experience in driving automation and implementing tools for efficiency
• Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and project management frameworks
