Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Trade & Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage trade and distribution programs and specialty pharmacy networks
• Develop and execute distribution strategies to facilitate patient treatment initiation and maintenance
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with contracts and service agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 12+ years' experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry
• 10+ years of experience in trade and distribution, including product launch or line extension
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage external partner contracts
• Experience in business plan development and strategic planning
