Senior Director of Trade Distribution

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Trade and Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage distribution activities across 3PLs, Specialty Distributors, and Specialty Pharmacies to achieve operational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and execute distribution agreements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the distribution channel, including chargebacks and returns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of Trade & Distribution experience in pharma, distributor, pharmacy, or 3PL
• Experience with Specialty Distributors or Specialty Pharmacies and knowledge of various distribution models
• Oncology experience and/or managing GPO contract operations preferred
• Solid analytical and organizational skills with the ability to influence across multiple departments
