Job Summary

Leading the full post-sale enablement experience, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Training will manage technical support and scalable customer education initiatives remotely, driving adoption and reducing churn while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Support and Training strategies across distributed teams, ensuring effective organization design and operating cadence
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of training and support professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Design and execute onboarding programs and role-based learning paths to enhance customer self-sufficiency and accelerate early adoption
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Support, Training, Enablement, or Customer Education within SaaS/technology, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS delivery models, onboarding processes, and customer lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing structured learning programs
  • Proven track record in building certification programs and credentialing
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
