Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Transformation & Value Realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of robust business cases for transformation initiatives, incorporating financial modeling and success metrics
• Define measurable value drivers and develop structured approaches to forecast, track, and report ROI across initiatives
• Oversee cross-functional execution of initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring realization of anticipated business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in transformation leadership, strategic finance, corporate development, or management consulting
• Deep understanding of business models, financial analysis, and ROI-driven decision-making
• Proven track record in delivering cross-functional, high-value initiatives preferably in SaaS or cloud environments
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and how transformation initiatives drive recurring revenue and efficiency
