Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Transformation Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for Strategic Value Streams and Enabling Capabilities
• Monitor Internal Controls and establish Stakeholder Feedback Loops for transformation initiatives
• Facilitate the Codification of Best Practices and support Agile Growth methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, and organizational leadership roles
• Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformational initiatives
• Expertise in risk management and internal controls
• Experience in agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement
