Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and implementation of sustainable business process improvements using AI and automation

• Ensure compliance of reengineered processes and technologies with organizational standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business process reengineering, change management, or operational leadership
• Strong knowledge of benchmarking best practices and AI/automation technologies
• Proven ability in financial and operating performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
