Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Transformation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level transformational initiatives to enhance operating efficiency and customer impact
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations leaders to ensure initiatives are feasible and scalable
• Design and implement future state operating models to improve accountability and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in organizational transformation or technology-enabled change leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven delivery of cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong background in technology-driven organizations, preferably in healthcare technology
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering and architecture leaders
