Senior Director of Transformation

Job Summary

Leading the Transformation Team, the full-time Senior Director of Transformation will drive execution excellence across high-priority company initiatives, managing cross-functional coordination, process redesign, and organizational change in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional program coordination by tracking dependencies and surfacing blockers across high-impact workstreams
• Resolve conflicts and competing priorities within workstreams, ensuring effective closure of issues at the appropriate level
• Partner with FP&A to track financial impact of transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in transformation strategy and operational efficiency
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in global environments
• Experience in tracking financial impact and cost-to-achieve metrics
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
