Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Translational Immunology and Pharmacology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead translational immunology strategy and execution for clinical assets, focusing on biomarker development and scientific leadership
• Act as a scientific bridge between discovery and clinical development teams, collaborating closely with various operational leads
• Translate emerging data into clear narratives for asset teams, leadership, and external audiences

Required Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent in immunology, pharmacology, translational medicine, or a related life sciences discipline
• 10+ years of translational science experience in biotech or pharma, with expertise in immunology and biomarker strategy development
• Experience managing CRO relationships and external biomarker assay vendors
• Leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more in a translational or biomarker function
• A collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments
