Senior Director of Unemployment Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Unemployment Cost Management - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Unemployment Claims Management team to meet goals
• Enhance the unemployment claims processing system for automation and client service improvements
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the unemployment industry
• 8+ years of leadership experience in unemployment management or related operations
• Experience in claims processing and representation at unemployment hearings
• Understanding of the State Information Data Exchange system (SIDES)
• Bachelor's degree, MBA, or relevant Master's Degree preferred
