Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale paid user acquisition strategies across mobile games and reward-driven experiences
• Develop predictive, data-driven growth frameworks and optimize performance analytics
• Build and lead a high-performance growth organization while maintaining competitive advantage

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of user acquisition or performance marketing experience, preferably in mobile gaming or reward-based ecosystems
• Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10 million per month while achieving KPI targets
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, LTV modeling, and retention analysis
• Experience building and mentoring a user acquisition team with a focus on performance improvement
• Hands-on proficiency with campaign management across various platforms and familiarity with MMPs and attribution tools
