Job Summary

Leading user acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Director of User Acquisition will manage a multi-disciplinary team to drive both paid and organic growth initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute a comprehensive user acquisition growth strategy across paid and organic channels
  • Oversee performance marketing strategies and budget optimization for various paid channels while enhancing organic growth through content and SEO
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development and integrate marketing insights into the product roadmap
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive growth experience in consumer subscription, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in both paid and organic acquisition strategies with measurable success in scaling channels
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics and attribution modeling
  • Experience thriving in a Series B/C startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and a focus on LTV:CAC
  • Successful track record of influencing product and engineering roadmaps as part of a cross-functional team
