Job Summary

Leading global teams in a hybrid environment, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Web Development will provide technology leadership for DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering, focusing on enhancing platform reliability and delivery velocity through advanced practices and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technology initiatives and cross-team coordination to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and scaling of globally distributed DevOps and SRE teams
• Implement continuous improvement programs based on operational data and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading multiple teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
• Proven ability to recruit, build, and scale engineering teams
• Experience with CI/CD tools and observability platforms at scale
