Senior Director of Workday Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Workday & Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialized Workday Financials and PSA team while managing vendor and partner relationships
• Oversee the Workday Financials and PSA platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and quality delivery
• Establish financial systems governance and ensure SOX compliance for Workday related controls

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise financial systems, including Workday Financials and/or PSA
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing ERP or financial systems teams
• Strong financial accounting knowledge with 5+ years supporting core accounting processes
• Experience in a publicly traded company with SOX and audit requirements
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior Finance leadership as a trusted advisor
