Senior Director of Workforce Innovation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Workforce Innovation & Systems Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the unit's strategic vision and annual goals to enhance employment outcomes
• Oversee the evaluation and adoption of innovative technologies to improve workforce practices
• Lead external advocacy efforts to promote data interoperability and worker-centered technology design

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in a related field
• Five or more years of experience in a professional setting
• Experience in project management and/or grant management preferred
• Strong understanding of workforce technology and public workforce systems
• Ability to design and implement strategies with knowledge of evaluation frameworks
