Senior Director of Workforce Strategy

Job Summary

Serving as a senior strategic advisor, the full-time Senior Director of Workforce Strategy will drive organizational performance through workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, and culture activation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute workforce plans, including succession planning and talent pipeline development
• Coach and advise senior leaders to enhance performance and team outcomes
• Lead retention initiatives and analyze turnover trends to strengthen engagement and culture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources or related fields
• 5+ years leading teams supporting multi-site operations
• Demonstrated success influencing executive and operational leadership
• Experience leading organizational change and workforce initiatives
