Senior Director Operational Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Operational Design Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Operational Design Team to ensure successful project execution
• Develop global business relationships and contribute to functional goal setting
• Provide strategic leadership to enhance operational planning capabilities across Global Development Operations

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
• 11 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including 8 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Strong understanding of operationalizing clinical development programs in a global setting
• Experience in strategic leadership and consulting with key stakeholders
