- 11 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including 8 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of operationalizing clinical development programs in a global setting
- Experience in strategic leadership and consulting with key stakeholders
